Middle School Enrollment

Your admissions experience starts with a phone conversation with our Director of Admissions to explore your child's educational needs and address any questions you may have. We'll then arrange a personalized campus visit for you and your prospective student to discover our facilities, understand our educational approach, and assess whether Monarch is the right match for your family. Daily tours are available with our Director by appointment.

If you decide to move forward, you'll complete our online application to arrange a shadow day experience for your child. This step includes a $200 non-refundable application fee that covers both the academic assessment and shadow day experience.

During the shadow day, your child will spend a full day immersed in their grade-level classroom, experiencing our learning environment firsthand. Our Director of Academics will conduct an academic evaluation in a welcoming, low-pressure atmosphere while maintaining assessment standards. Since Monarch's academic program is designed for students performing at or above grade level, this evaluation helps us determine if our curriculum will meet your child's needs. You'll also have a meaningful conversation with Melanie Mulhausen, our Director of Whole Child Development, about your child's social and emotional needs.

After completing all evaluation components, we'll assess whether Monarch is an appropriate fit for your student. If we determine a mutual match and space is available, you'll need to submit a registration form along with the registration and commitment fee to reserve your child's spot. If enrollment is full, we'll add your child to our waitlist for future consideration.
