Welcome to Monarch Learning Academy!
Our Elementary School (grades K-5) enrollment process begins with a telephone inquiry and conversation regarding your child. Next, we invite you and your prospective student to take a personal tour of Monarch to discover our philosopy and experience our facility, and to determine whether we may be a fit for your family. Tours are conducted daily by our Director, by appointment.
If you choose to move forward in the admissions process, the next step is to fill out the online application, at a nonrefundable fee of $25. You will receive a link to the application via email.
After the application is complete, prospective students will schedule a full day to shadow in a class at their current grade level. Your student will spend a portion of their time with us taking an academic assessment . The cost of the assessment is $50 and is due on the shadow day. We do not believe in any type of "high-stress" assessments. We host this test in a very relaxed environment, while of course keeping fidelity in the administration the assessment.
Once all the above steps are complete, if it is determined that Monarch is a good fit your family, then a registration form will be emailed to you. The registration form must be turned into Monarch in person along with a $175 registration fee per student. Turning in this form and fee holds the spot for your student.
