Monarch Learning Academy has found the ideal space for our expanding school at St. John Lutheran Church. Centrally located, with room for pre-K through 5th grade, playgrounds and playing fields – it is the perfect facility.

Renovation will be required to bring the church’s educational wing up to current code. The space was originally designed for classrooms. However, it was built over 20 years ago under different codes than exist today. These improvements will have to be completed prior to Monarch’s relocation. Therefore, there is an immediate need for a fire sprinkler system and additional American Disabilities Act retro-fitting so that ingress and egress is safe and accessible to all. The projected cost for these improvements is $87,000.

The investment will provide outstanding classroom space, common areas and outdoor spaces to serve Monarch’s children and families. Your investment will provide the Orlando area an important educational alternative for young families far into the future.
