Tuition & Fees

Open enrollment for our current families begins on January 3, 2012.  Open enrollment for new families begins on January 12, 2012.

Tuition is paid monthly and is based on yearly fees, regardless of absences or holidays. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month beginning August 1, 2012.

A late fee of $25 will be charged for payments received after the 5th of the month. There is a 5% discount for annual tuition paid in full (postmarked or hand delivered) by August 1.

A family Multi-family tuition discount is offered to families with one than one child attending Monarch and the discount is applied to the younger child.


Second child - 3% discount on annual tuition.
Third child - 4% discount on annual tuition.
Fourth child - 5% discount n annual tuition.

Tuition deposit - A non-refundable tuition deposit is due in full on March 15, 2012.  This deposit is equal to 5% of the annual tuition (50% of one month’s tuition) for each child attending Monarch.  The deposit is credited back to the student’s account in December 2012.

Other Fees

Registration fee - This is a non-refundable fee due at the time of registration.  The fee is $75.00 per child for returning Monarch families and $150.00 for new families.

Screening fee - A one-time screening fee of $50 per child is required prior to admission for students in grades kindergarten through 5th grade.

Field Trip fee - An annual field trip fee is due on July 1, 2012 for students in grades Kindergarten-5th grade.  This fee will cover the cost of all field trips for the school year, excluding the 4th and 5th grade overnight trips.  This fee applies to students only.  If a parent wants to chaperone a field trip, they would pay for that individual field trip at the time of the trip.  This fee is still to be determined for the 2012-2013 school year.

Extended Care

Available 8:00-9:00 am and 12:00-5:30 pm for students age 2 and above.

$5/hour – single student families

$3.50/hour/student – multi-student families with children ages 3 and above

At the end of each month, your total extended care hours will be calculated and are due on the 1st of the following month. Extended care is calculated by the hour for the 8:00-9:00am hour and the 12:00-1:00pm hour. It is calculated by the half hour for the 1:00-5:30pm hours.
